I don’t have all my details nailed down yet, but I know I want to work with you! Can I make adjustments to my stationery after booking?
Absolutely! The purpose of the 50% booking retainer is to secure your spot on my calendar. We understand that wedding planning is still evolving for most of our couples upon booking. Our design process is meant to be collaborative and flexible, and we make recommendations for upgrades and embellishments during the design process that will complement your wedding aesthetic. If upgrades are chosen, they will be added to your final invoice.
We recommend mailing wedding invitations approximately 12 weeks ahead of your wedding date, and approximately 16 weeks ahead of your wedding date for destination weddings. We recommend mailing Save the Dates 6 to 12 months ahead of your wedding depending on your engagement timeline. All timelines are flexible and can be adjusted according to your unique needs.
When should I mail my invitations?
Most custom suites take at least 10–14 weeks from booking to mailing, depending on our calendar and the project complexity. Rush timelines may be available depending on our schedule. For custom save the dates, turnaround time is typically 6-8 weeks from booking to mailing. Please note that these turnaround times are an estimate and are subject to change depending on our project calendar and current workload.
What is your turnaround time?
When it comes to quantity, there is no minimum. We are happy to work with you on a 300 suite order, or a 20 suite order. However, in order to cover design time, labor, printing plates, etc., we have a minimum investment of $3,000 regardless of quantity requested.
Do you have a minimum?
While wedding stationery is our primary focus, we do offer design services for holiday cards, baby announcements, other event invitations, and more. Our availability for these is dependent on our current workload, so please submit an inquiry above and we will get back to you with our current availability.
Do you offer more than wedding paperie?
It is never too early to submit an inquiry and reserve your spot on our calendar. Most couples reserve 8 to 15 months in advance. To enjoy the creative process and avoid rush fees, we recommend allowing 6 months at a minimum to design and produce your invitation suite.
How far in advance should I inquire?
We understand that every couple’s needs are unique, which is why we take the time to put together custom proposals. Due to the fully custom nature of our work, we recommend allocating $7,000+ for full event stationery, including save the dates, invitations, and day-of paper.
What is the average investment?
