After reviewing your custom proposal, if you feel we’re the perfect fit, a signed contract and 50% retainer secures your place on our calendar. You’ll receive access to your personalized client portal, where timelines, proofs, and communications are managed.
We begin with a creative consultation and a curated sample box so you can feel the paper and finishes in hand. We’ll discuss design ideas, wording and etiquette, and everything that inspires you.
After our design call, we will create 2–3 fully custom design directions, crafted from scratch and tailored to your vision. You’ll receive polished digital proofs to review and provide feedback on.
This phase includes three rounds of revisions, allowing us to ensure your suite is everything you’ve envisioned. Feedback is submitted via an online form, making it seamless to share your thoughts with our team so we can revise the design accordingly.
This is one of the most exciting moments in the process — watching your invitations come to life. Once you’ve given final approval, we’ll oversee every detail of production: from sourcing materials and printing, to addressing, postage, assembly, and mailing. Our studio ensures each step is thoughtfully handled with exceptional attention to detail.
Custom invitation suites begin at $3,000. Most LEPC clients invest $7,000+ for full event stationery, including save the dates, invitations, and day-of paper.
